Our emergency crews operate 24/7 across the Sydney metro area and average a 45-minute response time. When you call, we'll give you an honest ETA and, if it's safe, talk you through isolating the water while we're on the way.
We don't spring surprise fees on you. You'll get a fixed, upfront price for the work before we start — approved by you first. For after-hours emergencies, our call-out is waived when you proceed with the repair.
